10 Dumbbell Swings/10 Push Ups 9 Dumbbell Swings/9 Push Ups 8 Dumbbell Swings/8 Push Ups (repeat to 3 reps DB swings & 3 reps Push Ups)
100 Situps,
50 Dips,
25 Squat Jumps
